These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website clevrank.com and the ClevRank platform, an SEO automation service that includes optimized content generation, digital media publishing, and ranking analysis. Using the platform implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

3. Description of services
ClevRank provides registered users with an automated SEO platform that includes:
- Content Autopilot: automatic generation of SEO-optimized articles using artificial intelligence, with direct publishing to the user's website.
- Media Marketplace: a catalog of digital media outlets (newspapers, blogs, magazines) where users can purchase article placements with backlinks to their websites.
- User dashboard for tracking articles, orders, invoices, and ranking metrics.
Specific timelines and conditions for each service are displayed on the platform prior to purchase.
4. Registration and account
Using the platform requires registration and creating an account. Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep their login credentials confidential. Users are responsible for all activity conducted from their account.
ClevRank reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent use of the service, or provide false information.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices for each service are displayed on the platform prior to purchase. Content Autopilot subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed through the available methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, or the platform's virtual wallet.
Invoices are generated automatically with each purchase and are available for download in PDF format from the user dashboard. Billing is processed from the Canary Islands; for digital services provided to businesses outside the Canary Islands, invoices are issued exempt from IGIC (0%).
6. Publishing and timelines
Publishing timelines depend on each outlet and are indicated on its listing within the marketplace. ClevRank coordinates publishing with the outlets but cannot guarantee exact timelines in circumstances beyond its control. Typically, publishing is completed within 7 business days.
For the Content Autopilot service, articles are automatically generated and published according to the frequency configured by the user. Users will receive the published article URL once the process is complete.
7. Content and acceptable use
Users agree to:
- Not use the service for illegal, deceptive, or rights-infringing purposes.
- Provide anchor texts and URLs that correspond to legitimate sites and content.
- Not request content that infringes intellectual property rights, is defamatory, discriminatory, or violates applicable regulations.
ClevRank and the media outlets reserve the right to reject content that does not comply with their editorial policies without generating any right to compensation. A full refund will be issued if the order cannot be completed.
8. Refunds and cancellations
If a marketplace order cannot be completed due to causes attributable to ClevRank or the outlet (editorial rejection, outlet unavailable), the user will be offered the option to choose an alternative outlet or receive a full refund.
Content Autopilot subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the user dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Once the publishing process has begun and the article has been written or sent to the outlet, cancellations will not be accepted except in cases of breach of agreed conditions.
9. Affiliate program
Registered users can participate in the affiliate program through a referral link available in their dashboard. Commission rates and program conditions are detailed in the corresponding section of the platform and may be modified with prior notice.
10. Limitation of liability
ClevRank acts as an intermediary between the user and the publishing outlets for the marketplace service, and as an automated content provider for the Content Autopilot service. ClevRank is not liable for:
- Changes to editorial or linking policies made by outlets after publication.
- Removal of articles at the sole discretion of the outlet.
- Ranking, traffic, or visibility results derived from the use of the service, as these depend on multiple external factors.
ClevRank's maximum liability is limited in all cases to the amount paid for the affected service.
11. Modifications
ClevRank may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified through the platform or by email with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of the platform, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile or, for professional users, to those of the registered office of the company.
